Project information

IPDC is a channel partner helping buyers discover and compare projects from multiple builders. Published information is provided for initial exploration. Confirm pricing, availability, specifications, registration and possession information with the project team before making a booking.

Enquiries and visits

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a property or confirm an appointment. Site visits remain requested until confirmed by staff. A brochure request is not a promise of immediate delivery. Illustrative promotional images do not depict a named project.

Services

Discuss applicable fees and service terms with your advisor before proceeding. Separate paid services require their own agreed terms. Obtain independent professional advice where needed for your purchase.
