Your property enquiry

We collect the contact details and property requirements you submit so our advisors can respond, arrange visits and provide buying assistance. Repeat enquiries may be linked by your international phone number while retaining their separate history.

Attribution and consent

We record the enquiry page, supplied campaign parameters, referring website, your consent and submission time. We use essential session storage to protect forms and remember project comparisons. Campaign information is retained for this browser session. We do not collect unrelated browsing history.

Access and sharing

Buyer records are available to authorised IPDC staff. Enquiry notifications use our configured email service. Project sales recipients receive an enquiry only when you separately agree to sharing it. We do not automatically send enquiries to builders without that consent.

Your choices

Contact us to request access, corrections, deletion or to withdraw permission for further contact. Records are kept while needed for your enquiry, follow-up and applicable record-keeping obligations. Ask us about any separate property management service before engaging it.
