Our current builder network is in Kerala. We are planning builder partnerships in Bangalore, Mumbai, Varanasi and Dubai. Projects in these destinations will be introduced as partnerships are confirmed.
What does IPDC do as a channel partner?
We work with multiple builders to introduce their projects to buyers. We help you identify suitable options and coordinate enquiries, visits and the subsequent buying process with the builder’s team.
Can I begin the process while living abroad?
Yes. Begin with a consultation from your current location. We can coordinate remote discussions and virtual project visits, and help arrange physical visits when you are in Kerala.
Will you help me choose between builders?
We help you consider available projects against your requirements and obtain the information you need from the relevant project teams.
Who handles booking and project documentation?
The builder’s team handles the project’s booking terms and documentation. IPDC helps coordinate communication and follow-up. You can seek independent professional advice for your purchase.
What happens after I request a consultation?
An IPDC advisor will contact you using the details you share. A requested call time or site visit is confirmed separately by our team.
